Gratz on the quadruple post. Well in your wp-admin go to Settings->Writing at the bottom you'll see

You can use whatever list you think is best (personally i only have 4 on mine because i don't want google to get 30x pings every-time i submit) to ping your blogs & sites over at http://www.pingninja.com.
It's a new free multi-threaded ping tool that's about as basic as it gets...enter your list of ping servers, a blog title + url, click submit and the ninjas behind the curtain take care of the rest (with output screen showing the actual server responses, not just a canned "thanks for the ping" on every single one). This is the initial version of the site so if you've got ideas/suggestions or even complains, i'd love to hear 'em!
