They are trying to show their ID card to pretend they are US resident, but in fact they are using Expired ID card or scam ID card.
Also they are joining in the meeting for video call and accept all kind of your questions.
They say they don't need upfront, only need money at the end of the month, but after a little thing have done for example new computer shipping then they ask upfront.
And you already buy new computer to him then you are hesitating and following them because of temptation.
This is big scammer.
They ask money once and after payment also ask another money for some excuses.
What I wanna say is you have to collaborate after confirming he is who and be careful for payment.
