I personally hope his notion of "free speech" isn't limited to right-wing accounts and includes content for adults aka porn etc.

As someone who markets pretty big on Twitter, I'm certainly finding it interesting.

Could Musk taking over increase the human popularity of the platform, which I've always felt has become less so, as the years have gone by?

I expect so.
 
I think he will buy it no matter what because he has a economy running on twitter. Elon tweets the name of one company/brand and the stock prices goes up so yeah.
