Try the download helper addon for firefox, worked for me.

I just tried it with DownloadHelper for Firefox and it worked fine. An easy way to convert your flash video would be with YTDownloader. Then you can work with it in Windows Movie Maker.

The videos on that site you gave us are watermarked though. You won't be able to use the whole thing.
