I am trying to help promote music videos from an artist on YouTube. I know that there are SMM panels but is there any legitimate ways to get views? Even when video has curses etc.

Don't think about using fake views to boost your videos. Or at least, buy watchtime + views if you do. Smarter than buying views only. Legitimate ways.. not many. Organic traffic, you'll need time for that.
sharing the video among others using groups/pages in social app could generate views and interactions to rank and get listed on new upload music top page to benefit from other viewers.

Yes, there are legitimate ways. Focus on organic promotion like YouTube Ads, sharing on social media, playlists, Reddit/music forums, collaborations with other creators, and consistent posting. Cursing is fine as long as the video follows YouTube’s content and ad policies.
