Hi guys/girls.

Long-term DJ/Music Producer just saying hi to you all! Only just joined here but as few of my latest projects have made me realise I need to be on top of my SEO! Learnt loads looking over the forum this afternoon, so thanks loads for that.

If you're interested in music, production, DJing, specifically techno/electronic lol would love to start PM communication and build up a friendship as I become more involved here :) If not, hi anyway

Welcome audioblackout. I haven't had time to produce or play shows these last few years due to audio post production projects. However, you'll find this forum is full of people that love blips, beeps, bass, and beats.

Welcome audiblackout hope you enjoy all the info this site has to offer. I'm also a music producer and just started a site for underground and local artists to get heard. Get at me if your interested

hey audioblackout,

I have been playing around with production for a little over a year now, with my DAW of choice currently being ableton live, and my genre being somewhere in the general region of trance. Most of my time so far has been spent playing around with synths, learning how to creatively use envelopes, LFO, the whole game of sound design. But I still have much to learn and maybe in 2-5 years I'll be competent enough to put out some tracks on soundcloud :D

Welcome. I got my start in SEO ranking my dance music engineering site back in 2006, still holding in top 10 ever since :) Been in the industry since the early 90's, PM if you have any questions.
 
I know a few very good sociall places to broadcast your beats at :) good to see such a big variety of people!
 
I'm actually suprised to see so many music people in this thread. I've been producing music since 1997, i feel old now. LOL but i was young when i started. Now i mostly deal with producing rap, hip hop, dance, electro, house and pop. I have some artists thats trying to get heard on the underground level and etc.. message me if you guys have any tips. thanks in advice.

There is no better, it depends what you like, FL Studio is called the newbie DAW and abletons interface is much more userfriendly imo!
