Does anyone know where I can find data on the following:

-Raw numbers or Percentages of where media comes from (assuming USA and India as top producers)
-Raw numbers or percentages of where media is sold
-Raw numbers or percentages of Piracy

Don't take any time out of your day, but if you know where I can find these off the top of your head, I would be forever grateful.
