Music HD Films Console Games Download Guide

Hi all - I am considering creating an ebook product which takes the user through the steps required in order to begin downloading loads of free content from newsgroups. I am not personally hosting anything simply showing people how to go about downloading as much content (HD films, music, any games from any console etc) as their hearts desire.

I am turning my thoughts towards the legalities of doing this - has anyone tried this sort of thing and suceeded or am I starting down the barrel of a lawsuit before I have even begun?

Personally, I think I would be small fry and not worth pursuing and from a legal point of view I am not hosting anything so is there really a problem?!
