Music for your videos?

Hey... just trying to get some items in place so I can play around with video marketing, but I have a question. Where is a good place to find free music for my vids... like free, royalty free music similar to what you can find at royaltyfreemusic dot com?

Any ideas?

it all depends what sort of music you are seeking if you are looking for songs you can search tons of site that provide free songs or just either download a youtube video and convert it into mp3 music file and use it

I don't need any of the major mp3 type music... I have 3 TB of that kind. I am looking for music that is more like back ground noise, stuff for presentations and what not with no lyrics. That site I posted above has lots of them... and some pretty good ones too.

But they are over dubbed so they are of no use.

You can try Windows movie maker and use their "canned" music. They have alot of types (classical, rock, etc) as well as alterations of the sound(like tempo)...hope this helps

1. get my cellphone turn on the record button
2. get my guitar play the G-Em-C-D chords over and over again maybe play around with some chords.
3. combine your videos with your recorded tune.

but thats just me i dunno if you play some kind of instrument.

hey i may sound stupid but its just my idea.

youtube has a selection of royalty free tunes. just select "audioswap" in your videos section

I cannot post URLs, so I'll tell you the keywords to search for. Search for "Incompetech" on Google and click on the first result. This one is a popular choice for many on Youtube. If you need sound effects you could try searching for "freesound".

You can also use MS PhotoStory. Creates a slideshow of still images and comes with adjustable music...

There is a PLR music pack floating around in the download section. I think it has 70 some odd tracks.

If you just use photos for your video marketing, use "animoto.com", they have a LOT of songs you can use, and the videos made look very professional.

eeerm... yes, u're right, but after that youtube has certain (maybe annoying advertising) privileges on your video. I'm not really sure what it is, but check that before using 'em!
