Music channels Monetization?

I've seen a lot of music channels using ads on this kind od videos, is this allowed to use someone else music and reupload with your adsense on it?

Some artists allow it but keep some of your earnings "revenue sharing". Some artists allow it but keep all your earnings, some don't allow any use, and some allow it for certain countries. YouTube has a directory of artists and songs with their policies at Creator Studio>Create>Music Policies.

You can if it's a smaller artist. Music promotion channels make money by growing the channel using big music and then getting a bit off of the smaller artists.
