multivendor marketplace (products) website + phone APP

Hello there,

I am looking to build a marketplace for my local country, I want to prove the concept that it will work, if it works then we can scale to more expensive solutions.

A marketplace is where sellers and buyers meet and exchange product/money.

Beside the basic features, these are some more features I am interested in

1-- IMPORTANT: I want chat features so that sellers and buyers can communicate inside the app/platform, The reason this is important is because mos deliveries will be by personal car not shipping companies

2- For now, I dont mind if I cant integrate an online payment method for buyers, but at the end of the month, sellers must pay their commissions online (simialr to how ebay works, at the end of the month we pay commissions


So please pm me with possible solutions found online. again we dont want something from scratch, because we trying to prove that the concept will work. Please PM and tell me how can we do it, with the cost and how can we do the mobile apps. then we can take it from there...
