Here is an easy question - what is the best way/service (ideally free software/service) to play with proxies?

If i want my IP hidden in case i use different Twitter, Adsense or any other accounts, or want to make sure that my domain ownership is not trackable? Basically i want to setup autoblogs and if some banned, i want to make sure it doesn't effect my main domains - i hear big G has a system to penalize not only based on an IP or IP group, but also can put down all your domains as they have relationship with registry, so diversify hosting won't make any difference...

And what is the best hosting company for autoblogs to serve this purpose?

Don't believe everything you hear - first rule of IM. Google spreads as much misinformation as information. Both are effective to the right listener. Experience is your key to the safe.

For starters, if this were true I would just go create the spammiest sites I could and spam links to them everywhere and I would register them with the same registry info as my competitors. Then I would use the same hosting and request the same C class IP as them. Then I would mirror them in every way possible to make it look like their sites. Then after their sites get hosed I would dominate the SERPs.

Plus I would make a killing doing it for other people too.

If I want to post reviews on Google Maps I guess I am looking for something different then, because a cloaker might hide your IP but for reviews its best to have different ones.

Anyone know a program that changes IP addresses so I can post reviews? Whether it costs money or not its not a big deal.

Where do you check if you have a dynamic IP?

Someone as I hear have some opportunity to change proxies and assign different IPs for commenting on a different site. How is that done?
