My hosting provides only 10 databases. I need to run 20-30 blogs using subdomains. Anybody know how to install multiple WordPress blogs in a single MySQL Database?

yeah, during installing a new WordPress site, enter the details of the database and in the prefix enter a value that hasn't been used on any other WordPress installation. Just reply here if you still have any problem I'd be happy to help :)

they are right, run a multisite wp install. there is a plugin available where you can use different domains or you can just use subdomains for each blog. let's say you are running a multi-site wp install on domain.com. you can setup several subdomains using the wp on domain.com. you can use sub1.domain.com, sub2.domain.com, sub3.domain.com...... for each blog.

yep, if different installs choose different db prefix at install time, if subdomains would be on same domain simply do a one install and turn it into multisite..

This is very very easy, i made 10 fresh installs with one database in less than five minutes the other day.
    How to:
    1. extract each wordpress install,
    2. copy a wp-config.php file contents of one with keys and such.
    3. Edit each wp-config-sample you paste's database prefix, make sure its wp_somethingunique for each domain
