Multiple Website (BH) In Same GSC ?

hi ,
i was wondering if there is any problem in adding multiple black hat sites in the same GSC
so if any one of the sites get penalized this can effect all the rest ?
and if i need to separate each website , can i create and use all the account from the same ip
or i need a different ip for every account , and which type do i need a residential ip , private ip , virgin ip ? , plus , can you suggest any provider in the market place or even out of the forum ?

i usually add to multiple GSC accounts, i dont leave them in there for long. add it, do what you have to do and then delete it. better be safe than sorry

I don't think thats any problem because I have almost my all websites in a single GSC and none of them got affected because one got penalized
