Multiple Twitter Accounts IP Addresses Question

Hi, sorry for what may seem as a really newbie question.

I have been working on a twitter account but want to start creating multiple ones.

Aside from using a dial up connection how can I create twitter accounts from a different ip address every time.

I have read about public and private proxies but am completely lost and confused.

Just use anonymous proxys and may be it will be a good idea to clear cookies aswell

I usually use Hide-my-IP now since I got about 30 suspended. I think the key is don't create dozens of new accounts in an hour.

I create all mine on the same IP and nothings bad happend, a few were suspended, but not all of them were.

At the moment, it's not an issue but I expect it will be soon. If you're on dial-up all you need to do is disconnect and reconnect to get a new IP.
