I wonder if you translate the description in multiple languages, will this help to get more traffic or will YT mark this as spam?
What i mean is when you add a description to video:

Description english
text text text text

Description french
text text text text

Description spanish
text text text text

etc.

yes it will help, it will not consider spam since each translation is unique, you can do even more if you want...
you can add closed captions to the video and also translate it to some languages that you choose to.
my past test show that it really help in discovery and search!

Yup bro, I see these vids with millions of views that have multiple translations. I don't know if it's worth anything for my niche (game hacks) but I've seen it's very successful in some niches.

people search stuff in their own local language, the world is not english only , you can benefit from that, since your competitors don't bother to do it...
