Multiple Tiktok Accounts via Prepaid sims

I‘m based in germany and want to create multiple tiktok accounts with separate Iphones and prepaid cards to create and operate those accs to earn from the creator program without getting banned. Will only using mobile data raise red flags and possibly get those accs banned or is it safe to use?
