Multiple social media accounts

Sorry for novice question but what is the best way to multiple F'book accounts?

I guess I need cloaking software or IP changer? Can anyone recommend something to this effect?

You need a bunch of proxies and you need to track other factors as well or all accounts will be suspended rather quickly.
