Multiple Social Bookmarking Accounts When Working With Multiple Sites?

I am attempting to social bookmark 5 new sites right now (soon to be 30) - each one to about 20 different SB sites. Do I need to make one account then bookmark 5 different sites on that account. Or should I make a separate account for every bookmark?

How do you guys do it when working with 100's of SB sites and loads of URLs?

You need to make different accounts for different niches.
Its not recommended to post everything in 1 account.

Only Digg accounts are litttle bit difficult to get
