Multiple sites that do a 301 redirect to a new site

Given I have multiple site all related to technical (each with different topic, say some on hardware, some on PC software).

Say I have a new website on topic of mobile app (none of my multiple site related to mobile app specifically), if I do a 301 redirect from all my existing site to the new website, will that sum all the link juices from my other sites to the new site, or it will have negative impact due to mix signal, or?

If the goal is to try to manipulate the link juice - I don`t recommend doing this, especially for the new websites. Suppose you would like to transfer the content or something like this or save the brand name. Sure essential to use the 301 redirects.

But transfer to the 0 new website non-relevant links and anchors data to the new one is a bad idea. You can do this with 1-2 or older year websites, and in most cases, if the websites a niche related and such actions make sense and bring value.

I see that the trusted 4-7 or more years old websites with tons of links set-upped 301 redirects from the non-relevant websites to transfer trusted links, but even such websites from the next google update lose a big part of traffic. Still, they use it as a part of the strategy and know what they are doing.

No. Redirection is different than a plain backlink.
