Multiple sites running on different domains

I currently have 2 separate domains, which cater for 2 different sites.

Keeping costs at a minimum and having good uptime/server reliability, who is the best host to go with and what package?

Why don't you try hostgator. They're pretty reliable. and you can upgrade as the site grows
