In the past, there are a lot of discussions goes regarding multiple site hosting. Finally, we got the answer, a little relief for those having a small network.

Google’s John Mueller recently clarified this during a webmaster central office hours hangout.

He said that
multiple sites on the same IP address is not inherently a problem.
However, it may become a problem if those sites have very similar content and site structure

Thank you for the report! Yeap, I have multiple (40+) sites hosted on 1 IP, and I do not find any problem with that when it comes to ranking - I don't see any disadvantages in ranking on that 1 server alone, and the sites are still able to rank accordingly.
Not sure about site structure and content as I always try to use a different template respectively. But perhaps there is some truth on this- I find it difficult to rank 2 different site (hosted on the same server IP) for 1 keyword using the same link profile - maybe that could be the issue here.

The exactly same situation here so I am sharing your opinion... :)
