usually it is not a good idea, unless the sites are 100% independent.
but even if independent, I do not think google would favor a specific webmaster, and they probably prefer multiple webmasters/businesses just for the sake of diversity; most search engines would, in order to avoid page 1 domination.

it talks about displaying no more than two results from the same domain and server as well ,not the webmaster

so what? oh you mean they will tell you everything about their functioning? do you mean to say you only do or follow what google says?
so go ahead dominate page 1, you will not be the first or the last; the point being it is quite clear they do not support such overwhelming presence from 1 single entity or a group of colluding entities.

It's never a good idea to add multiple money sites to one Google Console. It's not exactly a problem to simply create a different gmail account with a proxy and put another money site there. This is laziness. Even if the risk was 1 to 100000, then it simply isn't worth it the extra 5 minutes of work. No idea why this is a discussion.

should i use the same proxy and clear cache every time when i login into that google account?
not use any ip that belong to a nother account ?
alot of people say that google will know you eventually by ip ,mac address , screen resolution ,affiliate links !!!!?

I use separate browsers and separate proxies for each Google account. I like portable versions like Firefox portable for example.
