Multiple Referring Domain coming from same IP cluster, is it safe?

As the title says, my domain has multiple referring domains from the same IP cluster.

This IP is from a small hosting and Proxy providing company. I can share the IP via PM if someone can help me.

Anyway, don't PM me because I'm not good at technical SEO so I wouldn't know what to tell you. But I do know that the IPs in your screenshot have the same class (C) so they're called class C IPs and they're bad for PBNs.

So, if you want to set up your own PBN then having more than 1 site hosted on that server would be a bad idea... which makes me think that this might actually be bad for your google rankings, too in this case. But what do I know? Maybe someone else knows better...

There are 297 Backlinks coming from 108 Domains hosted on 1 class C IPs

My domain is getting some 297 Backlinks, coming from 108 Domains, which are hosted on 1 IP address. This can be identified as PBN by google and can penalize my website.

Yes, if it wasn't done by you or an SEO provider you paid, you should report those links or disavow them as soon as possible.

This will create a footprint that can lead to a penalty for your website. Disavow those links.

yeah, it looks risky. Disavow them or remove them manually if you can...
