Is there a way I can open multiple Rdp without closing them to login to another?

You can check mRemoteNG.

I think it allows you to open multiple connections via window tabs, same like a browser.

I use mRemoteNG and have found it very good for my 7 VPS

So I suggest you research and read up on it to see if it suits your needs
