Install addons which prevent canvas fingerprinting and WebRTC leakage. As an added layer of security, you can use a user agent switcher/randomizer too.

Spoofing your ip? That's what you're doing, when using a proxy. Install the addon, which prevents WebRTC leakage and you're good to go with most sites. However if a site really wants to find out whether you're using a proxy or not, they can do it, you can do nothing about it. Dedicated residential proxies with WebRTC leakage prevention is the best what you can do or private dedicated datacenter proxies can be good too.

I am using dedicated semi residential proxy but not using WebRTC leakage prevents. Is there any chance to get ban?

i wouldn't use an addon, as they can detect what addon's you have installed and ban you that way, you should just open up firefox config and disable web rtc as well as dns leaks and you should be good to go, also if you want disable java
