Hi,

i build over 2 years my own pbn network ( over 30 domains ) + had multiple moneysites. I occasionaly sell links from my pbn, but mainly link from them to my money sites ( over 10 moneysites ).

Until now, i use excel sheet to know wich pbn links to my money site, wich one, and how many times.

But... it goes messy over time.

I try to use Mindmaps to had clear picture, but it isnt also the best solution.

How do you manage this? Using some special tool, or had it in excel?

Thanks for any recommendations.

This question is relatively common in the forum (I've done it myself in the past).

Most people keep track of it with Spreadsheets.

A mindmap is beautiful but useless when things start to grow.

Technically you could have a sheet per domain, with all the list of origin and destination. Something like CSV that could have been generated by Screaming Frog.

With a search in the spreadsheet, you could, for example know, from where is a domain being linked from. It's by far the most effective way. I've been thinking for a while to code my own solution, but I cannot think on how I could improve what a spreadsheet offers by default.

The only limitation is when you have like 100s of PBN domain. A sheet per domain could start to become extremely tedious, so there a solution where searchs offered the exact thing your where looking for, could be more useful

Also I like to group things through "Categories and Internal tiers". Sometimes I could create both microsites and PBN at the same time (mostly depend on the quality of the content, hand written vs AI + if the domain is obfuscated from crawlers or it isnt). So to avoid linking to the same tier, despite of being a different domain (or circular logic), I had introduce this, although, there is a huge risk when things grow up. This is the only reason where a specific software could take place (even as helper to show, "where is the most optimal pages, from a given tier+category, to create links from your micrositing/PBN list of domains). But now I only have around 50 domains, after the last clearance, so at least for me, being under 100s, it's viable just with Spreadsheets.
