Hey guys, Im a n00b to blackhat, so Im a bit scared using some of the methods descussed here, but I want to try one that I liked, but it involves using paypal, and with my bad experience with paypal that my account got shut down and it was hard for me to open a new one, Im a bit afraid doing something that might get me banned again...

My question is: Is it possible to open multiple paypal accounts and if yes how?
Because it involves using bank account details + creditcard...

What can you suggest to have 2 to 3 accounts, recieve money and if 1 account gets shut, just use others..

    Thanks...

    :)

You could if you use a different address and creditcard and bank account, if you try to register with any of the above that are on another account it will be detected.

I suggest if you dont have two of all of the above you could ask a close friend or family member to open an account for you to use.

There may be other ways im not sure.

You are allowed to have two accounts with the same identity: one personal account and one business/premier account. The two accounts must be coupled with different credits cards and bank accounts though.

However, if you do something really illegal, chances are that they will close both accounts.

you can take a vcc and open an indian account on a fake name- for indians accounts and other country types of accounts, a credit card is enough for verification-being it virtual-, no need to have a bank account as well. After that you can transfer money from the fake account to your real one. However, if they put on hold your fake account, you are screwed since you can not prove your identity.

Ok, i ll try to explain once more. Paypal has different verification requirements for different countries. The idea of creating a fake paypal account resides in exploiting those loopholes in the system. For instance, if you are from india, the only verification they will ask you for- in order to have a verified paypal account- would be a credit card, no need to prove with a bank or other things. This way, you could use a VCC- Virtual credit card- charged with 5$, and you could verify your paypal account, on an indian name. Now normally, you would not have any problem transfering good amounts of money, since your paypal is verified. You could NOT withdraw the money from the paypal in a virtual credit card - cause that would be impossible, but you could transfer your money from the fake account to a real account, which would have been on your name and which you could easily withdraw to a bank.

The downside of this method is that if the guys from paypal receive some complains, chargebacks, see some shaddy transactions, they will ask you for more verification on your fake account- beside the initial credit card verification- and you would not be able to provide any extra evidence, thus freezing your account forever.
However, if you have already transferred the money from the " fake account" to the good account, in most of the cases, they would just close your fake account, without tracing the money to the good account- if you send reasonable amounts, and send money to other accounts as well.

Another option would be to open a paypal account, NOT verify it at all, not even a credit card, nothing. Just an email address. With such an account, you are able to do transactions up to the limit of 100 euros-depends on the country also. This means that you can receive money in the unverified accounts- up to 100 euros- and then transfer it to a good account. When you reach the volume of 100 euros, they will ask you for more verification. You just ignore that one, and go and open another paypal account, do transactions around 100 euros without any verification, tranfer money to your real account, when the time is up to do the verification, ignore it and proceeds to the next one and so on.

You could get a verified paypal account on dp for 5$, this was before they banned this kind of transactions, but go and find one of those sellers, pm him, and discuss with him.

The method with indian accounts is still working, i used it several months ago and did not had any problem, i do not know if paypal changed something.
