Multiple landing pages

Making several landing pages is fine, just make sure each one feels real and gives its own value so Google doesn’t think you’re spamming.
Say that I have two landing pages, both with the same underlying content but some of the keywords have changed, is that bad?

as long as each landing page offers unique, valuable content for its target keywords it should be fine.

Should be fine as long as the changes are not too minor (e.g. changing only the name of the city for a local service). Google might not index all the pages. However, I have even had problems with google not indexing different language versions of my website.

Just avoid thin or duplicate pages Google only flags it when pages are too similar or look like doorway pages.

Yes, it's a standard and effective practice. But each page must be truly unique, valuable, and deeply satisfy a specific search intent. Avoid thin or duplicate content, or Google will see it as spam.

Yes, you can create multiple landing pages for different keywords it’s only spammy if the pages are thin, duplicate, or low-quality. As long as each page has unique value and targets a specific search intent, Google has no issue with it.
