Multiple IP changes per day on Instagram

Hi everyone. Like most of you, I've went down the Instagram/proxy rabbit hole, and here are some of my findings for account management:
- Instagram accounts per physical phone: 3 - 5
- Instagram accounts per IP: 3 - 5
- Instagram accounts per mobile proxy: max 20

Would you agree that these are the limits for IG account management?

My plan is basically to do this 6-8 times a day:
1. Perform actions on all IG accounts on a device
2. Rotate IP
3. Repeat on another device

How bad is it to change IP 6-8 a day on a single device? I'm from a big city so IP pool should be good enough, but I'm worried this many IP changes will raise some red flags.

Your limits for Instagram account management seem reasonable, but there are a few factors to consider.

Instagram allows 3-5 accounts per device and IP if you’re using a normal residential or mobile network. For 4G mobile proxies, keeping it under 10-15 accounts per proxy is safer long-term, even if some push it to 20. The key is avoiding patterns that look automated, as IG’s AI flags unusual behavior quickly.

Switching IPs 6-8 times per day on a single device can be risky if the changes are too frequent or inconsistent. If you're using a mobile proxy, the IP rotation should mimic natural mobile behavior, meaning longer session times and random rotations rather than fixed intervals. If IG sees you logging in from completely different IPs every hour, it could flag the accounts as suspicious.

Since you're in a big city, your IP pool might be diverse enough, but it’s still a good idea to monitor how IG reacts. If you start getting frequent verification requests, it’s a sign that the IP rotation is raising flags. You might want to reduce the number of switches per day or implement a longer session strategy, where each account stays on the same IP for a few hours before rotating.

Seems about reasonable for most parts. Though personally, I kept it to 4 accounts per IP max. 5 is a little risky but that depends on your setup and access habits I suppose. It's also crucial that you check your IP quality in between IP changes.

Yeah I wouldnt go more than 5, that's the absolute max per device (per real device)

Wrong, if you're usong clones you can have as many IG Apps (cloned) on your phone. But you need to knkw how to manage that. I have around 80 -100 accs per phone.

These 2 are related unless you have multiple ports ler mobile proxy. If you have one port = one IP so 3-5 acxs per port/IP. If you don't have it logged in at the same time you can have as many as you want, but logged in no more than 3-5. Maybe up to 10 if you have good mobile proxies and high trust aged accounts.

you are allowed to have up to 10 accounts per device, that's the max unless you have app cloner

changing ip 6-8 times a day seems a bit much

How else would I go about running M/S on 4 phones? Surely having 4G on each one is not the only solution
