Multiple Instagram Account Help

I want to establish a number of Instagram accounts. Could anyone answer these questions:

I understand that every account must have its own email address. How many accounts can be SAFELY setup per I.P. address? Can I just set them up on differing computers? Or is it better to use proxies? Once they are set up, can they all be "managed" from one device? Anything else that you think useful with regard to setting up and managing multiple accounts will be appreciated.

1.Setup 3 accs perip/proxy (anymore and all 3 will be banned instantly)
2.One pc is all you need. the proxy is what channel to ig server. You will find that creating accs from mobile will be much better choice than pc.
3.Best to log in to each acc running on the same proxy.

Others. There will be road blocks down the road. Whether you have been told how to setup accs properly. There isn't a guarantee your accs will last a long time provided if you are using it to spam or bot by themselves with heavy settings. That is the harsh truth.

you'll need PVA accs, just email verify doesn't cut it anymore
