If I publish 4-6 guest posts on the same guest blog, the links on each guest post all point to different pages of my same niche website, including: homepage, category page, content page or product page , will this result in less effective links on each page?

Yes it will be less effective. Posting multiple links pointing to same site on same blog post is even worse. All these screems of red flag to google algo.

I post 100s of links pointing to hbr, healthline and webmb but that's OK because they are massive authority sites.

Yes, especially after 3rd link you will start seeing diminishing results?

I don't exceed 2 links from the site website. Anything more, wouldn't yield good enough result.

Yep, putting links to different parts of your website in several guest posts on one blog is a good idea. It helps your site show up better in search results

Yes, as advised by the above members the value will be less. Don't do with that. It will affect the rankings sometimes. Instead, you can focus on getting links from different websites for more value.

I feel it won't effective, The same blog targets multiple times in same website.

Getting multiple links from a single site is not advisable.

In my personal experience, I have not seen any advantages but I don't have enough data to prove otherwise too.

I think having several guest posts on one blog can still be counted as a link if they point to different pages. But you will not receive much power and once in a while you can use one site to do this but not much.

Depending on the time and link model you choose, linking many category and product pages is not ineffective.

I would say by Posting multiple links to the same site on the same blog post is less effective.

After the 3rd link it will not be of much use for link building .

I would recommend you not to follow this step because posting multiple links pointing a particular page is really a scammy practice. Google will red flag your page.
