Multiple GSC accounts with outlook emails ?

Hi I'd like to avoid going through the hassle of creating gmail accounts to use google search console accounts, and use emails from other providers instead, like outlook, etc.
I know it is possible since you don't need a gmail address to create a google account, but is that safe with GSC ?

Gmail accs are a pain in the back to create now, and they always ask for verification regularly). Using outlook emails would allow avoiding the struggle.
