I recently experimented with using google authorship and a google+ page for my site. It boosted the ranking a bit and thats nice. I have a lot of other sites and think it would be a bad idea to make google+ sites and authorship all under the same google account.
What would you do? Create multiple google accounts to do this? I mean if i do this all under one account, google for sure knows all my sites belong to this account.

btw i have all my sites added to the same webmastertools/GA account. dont they already know all my sites?

Not quite true...they have removed photos from the results but the author byline stays there...Not that it means much without the visual pull of a photograph.
And to the OP...The clue was in your last paragraph...I don't use GA or WMT for any of my sites, there are other ways to analyse your data without informing Google of your online efforts.
