Multiple Gmail?

Need some clarity, I cannot seem to find anything on google about this directly.

My issue - I have 3 different Gmail accounts right now.
1st is for my car rental business that I own.
2nd is for my personal gmail use. Like games, google play and just general signing up for stuff im interested in.
3rd is for a business I have in a different state that I created before I moved to another state. (a buddy of mine is running the business now)

Now, I want to make another local business in my current state but, after learning more about SEO I realized that I might get penalized because I would Have multiple Gmail accounts. I want to make this new account and have a completely different email cause I plan on selling the business in the future and I dont want it stuck my me personally. I want to utilized GBP and everything google has to offer to get my site ranked and get work coming in like I did for my previous business. Would there be an issue or how would I go about this?

If i get it right, he's more hesitant that google will penalize his local listing because of different acounts in the same device managing different lisitngs,
OP, i'm not into local SEO, but using a different device could be a good choice
 
Multiple businesses with different gmail accounts are not an issue, but make sure each business has a unique GMB profile and each account manages a separate business

Correct, I'm hesitant to use another Gmail account for another separate business for a GBP. If I did make another that would make 2 different GBP accounts. I don't want to get penalized

I run an agency where I regularly login and manage GBPS for clients all over the country.

Google doesn't care
 
It's ok mate you just login with different profiles.

If you verified all your Gmail on different phone numbers and recovery emails, you will not get banned. So, you can create multiple gmails after verifying them and google won't block you.
 
You can never have enough gmail accounts.. so you are ok.... :)
 
Having multiple Gmail accounts should not directly affect your SEO. Google does not penalize businesses for having multiple Gmail accounts. Maintain consistency across your GBP listings
