Multiple Fiverr accounts withdrawing to same Paypal

I have a personal Fiverr acount on which I made a few sales, but I started a new one to sell other types of services.

I'm I going to get in trouble to withdraw to the same paypal account?

Its not a problem, I made it a few times now without getting banned or anything else.

Change email and you will be OK.
Fiverr will not ban you until you do something stupid or someone else will tell about it to support.
If you do that on one account they will ban all others following your paypal.
Trust me i have experience with that they banned only accounts where i used same paypal email.
You can use same paypal account but with different emails.

I have multiple fiverr accounts. All seller accounts and i withdraw to the same paypal account and i log in using the same IP.
I have been doing this for the past 8months. Never had a problem

I've got 3 accounts or so. Each have had around $1000 withdrawn to the same paypal email. So definitely hasn't been a problem for me.

Yup, not a problem at all
Only if you worry that much, create some additional email to your current PayPal account and use each email on 1 fiverr account

No problem at all. I have 3 accounts withdrawing to same paypal. After all you pay $1 commision to Fiverr for every sales, so why do they need to bother banning?

If worst comes to worst, use your mother ship account to set up bogus gigs that your other accounts buy in to, you will loose a dollar each time, but you wont get banned, and you will also be able to build up some fake positive feedback.

So if i want to have another fiverr account for selling stuff, all i need to do is to go to my paypal and add a new email address and use it in my new fiverr account?
