I dont know what do you mean by browser histry, But it has nothing to do with cookies. Try clearing cookies,
i dont know why you bought proxies to create accounts when accounts cost cheaper. Its better to buy accounts then to create them unless you are going to sell them cause it takes lots of practise and process..
