I have seen cases where the BM and ad accounts got restricted at the same time because their activity patterns were too similar. I would keep the business info, billing, and activity consistent instead of trying to bypass the review

It is possible that Meta is tightening controls, but there is no reliable evidence indicating a recent large-scale "account sweep" targeting all users.

Yes the correct thing is that they will disable "some" accounts but not all. However, for many people the "some" metric is ALL of their accounts because they don't create any NEW accounts.
