Multiple Facebook Account Creator and Manager?

We are looking for something to create multiple facebook accounts through proxies. We need to make sure this is a surefire system that works. We also want to manage multiple accounts. We would like to log in through the software then post a status comment to each account as well. You know if we had 100 accounts created, we would want to make a posting to each account automated (at one time).

Anyone know of solid software to do this with?
