Multiple external IPs - Use as proxies

All computers and devices in my network is given a unique external IP. Even all machines I run in VMWARE gets one.

I could of course start up 10 machines in VMWARE - but it would be really inefficient.

Are there any software or other method I could use for this purpose?

I think you can do it with a squid server installation on a linux machine...not the easiest task to set up though
but you can find lots of tutorial on the web

Setup remote desktop and rent them out. And if they're DSL lines that can change IPs you could charge even more, but even still, there's plenty of people that would pay to rent them out. If you wanted to use them yourself you could setup some kind of proxy chaining probably but that's a little over my head as far as explaining how to do so. I plan on learning about here rather soon actually but honestly, you might want to look into renting them out. There's always people looking for them, you would just need to make sure you don't get some jackass that abuses your stuff.

You can have more than one IP per virtual machine. What OS are you running on them?

The OS in the vid is Windows 7, but pretty much the same must be done on Windows XP. I can't remember it being any different from 7.
Note, that you must have static IPs in order for this to work. If you only are assigned IPs by DHCP (dynamic), then you can try this, but I'm not sure if this will work.
