    Hey guys well I have some questions about multiple EPN accounts I have been searching the forums but for some reason there is no info anywhere about this, at least I couldn't find it. If anyone that is an expert at using EPN accounts to make $ I wanted to know how the legal side of it works. I mean I am guessing after the first one everyone needs fake info so they can appear to be a different person(or use someone elses info), so how would paying taxes work with that, i am assuming most ppl doing this are in the US. Basically i want to know if its possible to get into into legal trouble with tthe gov for providing fake information like SSN and so on for the account and not paying taxes. Thanks in advance for any information.

    i think most of the accounts people are selling don't have the tax info or payment info filled in yet. that is for the purchaser to provide.

    Yes; merely providing a bogus SSN is a felony and you can indeed go to jail for doing so.

    Actually multiple felonies would be involved, including tax evasion, merely by committing the act.

    You would be much better off being totally legal and establishing a corporation for each EPN account.

    Your tax info would be legit and if one or more of your accounts gets banned, you just set up another corp and roll on down the road with a new EPN account!

    Wow ok thanks a lot for the information, good to know haha. Also I saw in other parts of the forums you deal with setting up corporations, so would this scenario be ideal for the services you provide?

    Great advice uptown.

    Some more precautions to take if you have multiple accounts are before logging into an account:
    Clear your cache;
    Clear your cookies;
    Clear temp internet files (I do this just in case but some don't);
    Clear your history;
    Change your IP address.

    If you get one account banned they will ban every account that has been logged into or signed up with the same IP address.

    My plan is to use uptown's service at the end of the year and hopefully get a large order deal :) so that I can put in ein's under anonymous corporate names and be as clean as possible.

    BTW, this should be moved to cs section

    Uptown's right, but you can save yourself the headache of establishing a corp for each account by first setting yourself up with a corp, and then creating a new DBA for each account. You will have a unique EIN for each DBA and can also get a bank account for each.

    This is also 100% legal.

    Wow thanks for the idea this seems very useful, I will look into the "doing business as" thing. Once again thanks everyone for helping out.

    Also therat I think the thread is better off here, its not about CS really but about EPN eblay accounts in general.

    In some states it is very cheap to incorporate, so you can do this whole thing very cheaply. I didn't think you could get an EIN for a DBA? Also if ebay does a lookup on the company they might be able to see that accounts are connected because the DBA's all come from the same EIN, this could be a problem. Ideally you want to have totally separate companies for each EPN account.
