If the different entities of a series LLC are treated as separate businesses with no liability transferable from one to the other, then shouldn't they have separate EIN's?

If so, could those identities & EIN's be used for separate adsense, epn, amazon accounts, etc...

Is it in their terms of service that if you own part or all of more than one business, that only one of those businesses can have an account with their company? That seems unlikely.

Just curious, as I currently have a regular llc & a corporation, but it sure would be cheaper to form a series llc than to have to keep paying fees to establish a new business entity, just to get a new legit ein.

The cells of a series LLC can be disregarded entities (ie, no EIN) and all roll up to the "mother ship" for one return. This is generally done in the case of asset protection of personal assets. (For example, you'd have one for your personal residence, one for your paper assets, etc)

Most of the time, though, you'll want to keep the cells separate, with separate EIN's, separate accounting and separate tax returns. This is what you'll do if you have investment real estate and businesses.

So, to answer your question, yes it is possible for a series LLC to have multiple EIN's, similar to parent and subsidiary corporations in a consolidated corporate group.

incnow has them for $598. I've paid more than $400 just for a single corporation, so I definitely think it's worth it. I am liking the possibilities here :D

yup, thats how blackhatters were gaming adsense in early 2000.

throwing TOS-breaking traffic to their adsense sites, get banned, open another series LLC, rinse and repeat until they found a winning formula.
