use ld player to and socks for each LD player and use upto 10 Accounts on single PC.
make sure one thing if by any chance your socks or proxy disconnected or banned then keep this remember your ebay account will also immediately lead to ban
And that makes sense. How many college students sharing a WiFi network in their apartment each have their own eBay account.
I have 3 for years with no problems. My wife’s account, my personal account, and a business account. 3 different emails never a problem.
I would think multiple accounts on the same IP is actually quite normal for eBay.

VPN + eBay = Deadly Combination
Proxy + eBay = Safe Combination
VPN can leak your IP address which is why mostly they are free or charge lesser than expected. This is why ISP Proxies charge a bit more but provide maximum security. Use 01 proxy with 01 IP and port for 01 eBay account and you will never be banned.

Different registration details under each account.
Most important extensions to download with each chrome browser:
WebRTC Leak Shield
HTTPS Everywhere
'ProxySwitchOmega - duhh...
And you will be good to go.
But it can be super inconvenient in the long run, keep that in mind.

Multiple accounts are fine. Its not against TC for 1 person to have multiple eBay accounts. The issue everyone is trying to avoid is getting alllll their accounts clipped because 1 person/entity who is not trying to hide from eBay must have their accounts linked to one another, meaning if 1 account gets clipped they will all be on hold until you provide proper documentation. Theres no real need to have excessive accounts unless you're doing something SUS or borderline SUS. I would assume most everyone wanting multiple accounts falls in 1 of those 2 categories.
