If i clone a website and change the wording so it passes copyscape, but basically keep the same format and same images. Would that lead to a ban, as far as essentially cloning a site editing and marketing it through multiple domains via several AdWords accounts ?

but anyone knows if same website on different domain can get in trouble?
and what if domain contain my company name? for example my copmany is "gentle". what if I will create domains gentle1.com , gentle2.com , gentle3.com , it can be a problem or doesnt matter?
