How do you create a search result like when you google ebay? The cluster of choices under 1 url with multiple links.

you can't. Google decides whether to do that based on a bunch of factors including site structure and the authority your site has.

Though, once google has decided to do this for your site you can manipulate it a little bit via google webmaster tools.

In 1 of the free st0mpernet videos, it explains how to have a 'sub-page'(?) listing shown under your main listing, but not how to get the site map looking listing in the SE's. I don't know what the advice is however.
