Multiple Bing Ads accounts on same IP and machine... Possible?

The slightest mistake on one account get the remaining accounts closed
Bing is sick for now

Same IP, same credit card, same account holder name, same credit card postal code, same billing address + name, same domain name, etc.

You can probably create a manager account and manage multiple account using your manager account. You can also create multiple accounts using your Manager account. This way, you have multiple accounts with same IP.
Make sure, you use different payment methods for each of your new accounts.

Nah it's impossible, also as someone mentioned, if you would manage to make multiple accounts on same machine, IP etc then just one mistake would bring a banhammer on all of your accounts.
You need everything unique for each account (device, IP, fingerprint, details etc.)
