Multiple bing accounts

Can you advertise the same website on different bing accounts? If not, do they follow redirects to check it?

I've successfully used 2 bing accounts with the same website url. However, on the second acc at first I was getting stuck at logging page(usually it's a dead acc), but somehow they made it work again.

So yeah, I'd say you'd leave a footprint.
