What is the best way to manage multiple autoblogs?

Is there a plugin i can use so i can easily setup say 100 autoblogs QUICKLY from 1 Admin section?

What is the FASTEST plugin to use to build Autoblogs QUICKLY that WORK?

Good question. I'd like to know on this on this one too. WP MU is for those who know basic HTML coding and linux so that crosses me out. I know it can be a hassle, but managing around 40-60 sites isn't that hard or time consuming, given you set them up right the first time.
