Hi, newbie trying to learn here. Let's say I try to buy ads on adsword for a site let's say abc.com. Can I have multiple adwords account to promote the same site? If one account get banned, will it ban all other adwords account too? Will they blacklist the site? Same question goes for bing ads and tiktok ads. Thanks so much in advance for the help guys

It doesn't really matter unless your site was fully scanned and caught with any script that violates its terms. When so, just create new pages/posts and promote it. It is very unlikely that your whole domain is flagged. It may take few banned before it gets blacklisted.
So it does get blacklisted?

It will take lots of penalties though. Coz if it were that easy, you could just simply use competitors domain to get it blacklisted.

For your first question, if on the same time. Your accounts will be suspended, it's called "Double Serving"
If you previous account got suspended for any reason expect Malicious software, then you are good to promote that website again, To make it clear:
Malicious software : Your domain will be blacklisted if google detect bad files on it.
In Google ads, you may see malicious software detected, if not the case, then you can promote it again. In that case make sure to change other things that keep getting you suspended. Titles Description Keywords...
If you really care for that domain name, and got that Malicious software stuff, you need to remove those files from your website "Maybe you are using bad cloaker or bad scripts" + add your website to GSC and claim a review there. When your website don't show Red banner in GSC, then you can promote it again.

Yes, it will get blacklisted if you try to promote same url on two accounts especially if the website is banned before.
