multiple admob adress problem

hey im trying to open multiple admobs but i have problem in adresses , i tried using services like bpm-lux but its overused - blacklisted
usually the admob get banned after 1 - 2 weeks

any solution for the adress and thanks

fore each Admob need a new machine you can use RDP for each account for exp : ( PC01(Adress MAC1), AdmobUS, US location with google maps choose any place like coffee or store, insert this unique address just in the first time, after 3 days use AdMob units but you must change this address before your balance below 10$ , then but your real address to receive the pin code )

thanks man but = what about the adress where can i buy it ?
second qs = do i need to change the adress again after i get the pin and verify the admob
